For our resume and cover letter service we conduct a consultation with you via phone or Skype. Any further communication from us will be via phone or email.
Interview coaching consultations are available face to face (Melbourne only), via Skype or phone, allowing us to work with clients around the world. If you are looking for assistance in interview coaching but do not require a one-on-one consultation, we offer an Online Interview Coaching service.
What is the turnaround time for a resume or cover letter?
We provide a five working day turnaround for these services. We provide an urgent service with a three working day turnaround for an additional cost
Do I have an opportunity to make changes for no additional cost?
We want you to be 100% happy. You can make as many changes as you like within 24 hours of receiving your draft
How do I receive my completed documents
You receive your draft version in PDF and final documents in Word

Do you offer package discounts?
