With an extensive background in Human Resources, recruitment, leadership and business, I have reviewed tens of thousands of resumes and met with over 1000 candidates during my career. During this time it became apparent that there is often an inconsistency between a jobseekers experience, skills and knowledge and how this is communicated through a resume or during an interview.

Providing clients with the coaching, support and tools to succeed, Harriet Dawson Consulting was established and has been providing a range of services to job seekers just like you since 2008.

My own extensive research, experience and also speaking with you directly, enables me to really understand the nuts and bolts of each of your roles. I then take all this information and start writing, and writing…..and writing – I do not use templates! Each resume, cover letter or interview coaching session is tailored to your own individual experience and needs.

With my clients coming from a wide range of backgrounds and levels, I have developed my own great knowledge bank to draw on and offer options to suit both groups and individuals. My clients range from school leavers through to senior executives and across most industries including:
